I honestly went after this product because of a coupon and a rebate. I figured what would I lose. I did purchase the shampoo recommended for me, which was this one. I have THICK hair, not frizzy, just THICK and wavy that is not the easiest to comb, especially when wet, my hubby usually does this for me. Well when I used this for the first time, he was ill and asleep, so it was going to be up to me to comb out my hair. The comb went right thorough it!!! I was shocked! I also let my hair dry naturally. As it drys I tend to run my finger through it. I was amazed at how my hair was feeling. Long after falling asleep my husband woke me up and complimentd how soft my hair was, he wanted to know what I did so different. After running into each other the next afternoon, he again asked my what I did different, my hair was shiny and soft looking and feeling, he said it just had a glow to it. He ran his fingers through my hair for a while. This was after just ONE washing. I get compliments on my hair and what have I done different. They ask haircut, different color, the list goes on. I am sticking with this! I use the shampoo and conditioner.

I have gone through many bottles of shampoo+conditioner and none of them helps my dry hair after I blow dry + flat iron. I was shopping around and found This Product. I used it and my hair is managable, smooth, shiny and looks fantastic. I have problems with my hair drying out while I blow dry and this one helped my hair hold up and not become frizzy and dry.
I have gotten other products that keep my hair moisturized but the downside to those products is that it makes my hair heavy and flat and not bouncy.
This is the perfect balance. Better than all of the other moisture shampoos. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++... You really made a great product, Pantene.

I absolutely love this product! It smells so good and gets the job done! I have always used Pantene Pro-V and it does exactly what the bottle says, however, this is the best yet!!!!!!!!
I am African-American but I have a good grain of hair; my hair is to the middle of my back and naturally it looks like Spiral Curls. I usually wash my hair every week because it is dry and itchy within a few days and I get my ends trimmed every 3 months. I have had this product for a month now and I've washed my hair every 2 weeks instead of every week and I see my split ends growing healthy so I may not need that trim after all! I'm sold! Unless something better comes out, I'm using this! The complete success of this product is also the Nature Fusion Moisture Balance Conditioner!
